It’s not, just use high heat first and turn it off once it’s within the right teprtraeume range. Then alternate between low and no heat. Be really vigilant, for the temperature rises and falls very fast. It cools fast, the real problem is not hitting the buttons in time, so it would fall out of the correct temperature range. But it’s doable Good luck!
